At first glance this is just another heavy metal style skeleton tee. It is not until you look closer that your preconceptions are swept away. The oddest thing is the crystal ball showing an image of a taco. The addition of mushrooms / toadstools in the background make me think this may have something to do with munchies bought on by drug use. The fact is I don't really know what the artwork represents, all I do know is that this is one cool tee.

According to the website this tee expresses how countless exploited third world laborers must feel, trapped in an ominous cycle of economic oppression. The problem is I think it has failed in that respect. Even knowing the title (part of a Smashing Pumpkins song that I know well) I never would of guessed that. The graphics just don't convey that meaning. That said, I really do like this tee. The little rodents have been given a lot of character. I especially like the fact that one of them is holding an old style lantern, reinforcing the idea that they are in a tunnel. I find myself wondering if they know they are actually in a snake or are clueless to the fact. There are just so many stories you could make from this graphic. I love tees that ignite the imagination like that.

At what point would an artificial intelligence be considered alive? This is something that has been discussed in science fiction for decades yet we don't really have an answer. Machines that can think for themselves still aren't alive in the traditional sense. What happens when we build a something that can not only learn but experience emotions as well?

To be honest I am not sure who the character on this tee is, or even if it supposed to represent a known character at all. I like to think of him as the king of zombies. I really like the way the king seems to reach out of the tee with his magic sword giving it a 3D appearance.

I thought it was well past time to tease you again with another shirt for the denial files. This one went up for voting on Qwertee when the site was quite new and for some unknown reason never got many votes. From there it just got buried under an avalanche of designs and faded into obscurity. I went and had a look to see if the artist had it for sale on another site and it seems he has done a disappearing act as well. His twitter page has not been updated in months. It seems that this is one of those designs that will never get printed, which is a real shame.
