Typography Tees

I don't feature a lot of typography tees because most of them just don't appeal to me. That said I do occasionally come across ones that I do like, like these four. Each is unique and featured for different reasons.

Famous Brand Logo from Words Brand really caught me off guard. Poking fun at the masses with their clone clothing, the bold type on red shirt really slams the message at your retinas.

Seven Deadly Sins by Jody Cummings is more art than typography. Using the sins in a flowing script to form a skull is a brilliant way to illustrate the concept. I love it.

Why Not from Random Objects really is a slogan for an interesting life. This is a great message we should all be taking note of. Who looks back on their life and remembers the nights they got plenty of sleep?

Revosolution from Arquebus rounds out the collection. I chose this because, although simple, it really got me thinking. Do all revolutions lead to resolution? A staunch resolution can lead to revolution. Very clever concept tee.

This is not the sort of tee that I usually post, far from it in fact. I can't quite put my finger on what it is, but there is something I really like about it. Maybe with all the stress in my life I just want to be a happiness junky.

Do Shit That Matters

I don't feature typography tees very often. Generally they tend to be pithy sayings with artwork that is too overdone, sometimes to the point that you struggle to read what they actually say. This shirt however sort of came out of left field and threw for a loop. The saying is crude and in your face, which is a complete contrast to the artwork. I really like the hand drawn look, giving it a vintage roughness that better fits the message. It is also a perfect example of workng with a limited color palette.

Ganesha Typography

I have said this before but generally speaking I am not a fan of typography tees. I just don't like the idea of walking around ramming a message down peoples throats. It takes something special in the typography tee department to capture my attention. This Ganesha artwork didn't just get my attention, it blew my socks off. I would quite happily wear this anytime.
